This is a reminder that our Annual General Meeting is this Sunday December 1st at Paramount Fine Foods Centre in Mississauga.
The day will begin at 10:00am with a strategic planning session, to which all FHO registered clubs are invited to attend. The AGM will begin at 1:30pm, following the agenda that can be found here.
Below are a few important reminders for those attending the AGM:
Clubs taking part in the planning session must have a valid membership in addition to a club representative with their own valid membership.
In order to attend the meeting, you MUST have been a registered member from: September 1st 2018 - August 3
1st 2019 or September 1st 2019 - November 1st 2019.
If you are a member but unable to attend, we will be using Adobe Connect as a way for you to listen to the meeting. if interested email info@fieldhockeyontario on December 1st to receive a link to the meeting after your membership has been validated.
The closest entrance to the meeting room is at the South Rink, entrance A. The meeting will take place in rooms A, B, and C on the second floor. Please look for FHO signage to help guide you.
A water station will be provided however you must bring your own reusable water bottle to meeting.
