Beginners:


Club:

There are a number of great clubs around Ontario for you to play, learn, and grow with! Head over to our Clubs page to find a club near you. 


High School:

High School field hockey is a fall sport played in most regions in Ontario. Many middle schools also play field hockey! Find information on high school field hockey here


University:

University field hockey in Ontario is a women's only sport - played across a number of top universities. Learn more information on the latest in university hockey!


High Performance:

The aim of the High Performance Program is to provide high calibre performance training and competition opportunities to athletes with provincial and national level aspirations. FHO is committed to implementing a quality-training environment, which fosters excellence, growth, education and support for all participants.

FHO offers provincial teams for boys and girls, men and women, ages U15, U18 and U23, where athletes have the chance to represent Ontario, play against other provinces and be seen by national team coaches.

FHO also offers high performance training for those athletes selected to the Junior Development Squad, and the Quest for Gold Program.  Learn more about the Quest for Gold Program here.

Ontario has a rich tradition of excellence, sending our players to compete for Canada’s National Teams.

Reminder - everyone involved in field hockey in Ontario should have an active membership. The membership period is from Sept 1st to August 31st of every year.
