FHO and FHC are offering a Comp-Intro Course both online and in-person.

For those who are interested in registering for the course, simply log into your PowerUp account, go to Register Now and select your preferred cohort, 1 or 2. 

The cost of the course is $55 per coach (NO TAX) and classes will be limited to 12 people.

Wednesday, January 12: 6pm-8pm (online)

Saturday, January 22: 9am-11:30am (online)

Saturday, February 12: 9am- 12pm (In-Person - Brampton)

Saturday, January 15: 1pm-4pm (online)

Wednesday, January 19: 6pm-8:30pm (online)
