As of Saturday, April 3rd, 2021, the province of Ontario is implementing the emergency brake to all 34 public health units in Ontario, enacting a province-wide shutdown, for at least 28 days.

With this announcement, unfortunately, all sports and recreation facilities have been shut down, and all in-person field hockey programming must cease for at least 28 days, starting on April 3rd, 2021. For more information on the shutdown measures and restrictions, please visit https://covid-19.ontario.ca/zones-and-restrictions#what-each-zone-means

Field Hockey Ontario is continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will continue to provide clubs and members with information and updates as we receive confirmation from the provincial government and local public health units. We recognize that these restrictions are challenging for everyone, particularly those clubs and members in lockdown regions who were able to resume in-person programming earlier this week.
