Black History Month Q&A with Sandra Levy: Registration is now OPEN!

Field Hockey Ontario is excited to welcome Sandra Levy, Chief People Officer of the Canadian Olympic Committee, for a Black History Month Q&A!

The Q&A will take place on Wednesday, February 24th, 2021 at 7 PM EST.

Registration is limited. This registration form will close when our participant capacity is reached or on Friday, February 19th, 2021 at 4:00 pm, whichever is reached first.

All registrants will receive an email at the address you provide below on Monday, February 22nd, 2021 with the link to the Zoom Meeting along with further details regarding the session.

If multiple members of the same household will be attending, please fill out ONE (1) form for your household. On the form, please list all names of those attending under "Full Name." We ask that you all plan to join the session on the same device where possible.

This event is free to anyone within the field hockey community, however, we would like to encourage you to donate to FHO's Enabling Fund or share the Fund with your network.

100% of the funds raised through FHO's Enabling Fund will be directed towards lifting the financial limitations of those who have to choose between meals on the table and participation in organized field hockey.
