As FHO Staff work to implement our 2021-2026 Strategic Plan, FHO is opening an Expression of Interest Form to be completed by those looking to take part in an FHO Committee. These committees will run in collaboration with the FHO Board of Directors to provide guidance and recommendations. 

FHO will be forming four committees: Club Support, Coaches & Officials, High Performance, and Participation.

Before you complete the Expression of Interest Form, please take a moment to review the Committee Terms of Reference to ensure you understand your roles and responsibilities as a committee member. 

The information gathered through the Expression of Interest Form will allow FHO to have a better idea of what you could bring to the table as a committee member as well as what your desired role would be. Please note that committee members may only sit on one (1) committee at a time, and committee members must be current (2020-2021) FHO members.

After submission of this form, you will be contacted by FHO Staff to determine the next steps in the committee selection process. 

All Expression of Interest Form submissions are due by Friday, February 12, 2021.
