2021 FHO Provincial Coaches Application

During these past few months, FHO has been diligently preparing for the 2021 Team Ontario High-Performance Program. FHO welcomes all coaches in Ontario to apply for a coaching position with one of our provincial teams.

Please note the following: 

1) If selected, your attendance is mandatory at trials and at the Mandatory Coaches Meeting. 

2) In order to be a provincial coach, you must complete the outlined courses in the application form before selection. 

3) Please note that the new membership year has begun. You must purchase your 2020/2021 membership first before sending in your application as the application requires your new FHO membership ID number.

The deadline for the 2021 Provincial Coaches Application Form is Friday, September 4th, 2020 at 11:59pm. Successful coaches will be notified by 11:59pm on Friday, September 25th, 2020.
