Field Hockey Ontario is building our next strategic plan and we need the input of our stakeholders to ensure we are hearing what our community needs and creating a plan that will set us up for success.

How can you participate?
Click on the link below to take you to FHO's Strategic Plan Survey. There, you will find a short survey that will ask you to share some of your thoughts on the FHO's 5 key pillars of focus:
- Membership
- Grassroots/participation
- High Performance
- Coaching
- Officiating
Your participation in this survey will provide us with a better understanding of what the community needs from us and how we can best approach the opportunities and challenges that we can expect in the next 5 years. Your input will be collected by a third party consultant and shared with FHO's Board of Directors. The survey will be available to complete until Wednesday, May 6, 2020.
