May  Meltdown is quickly approaching, and FHO is calling for technical officials and umpires for our annual club championship! 

This year, the tournament will be held over 2 weekends of great competition. The U18 tournament will take place May 9-10 at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, and the U15 and U12 tournaments will take place at Iceland Mississauga May 30-31. 

We welcome all levels of officials and umpires with varying experiences to apply as this tournament can also be used as an opportunity for assessment in order to complete your current level of certification! Please indicate whether you are in need of assessment when completing the application form.
