The spotlight is on Keegan Pereira! Keegan has been playing field hockey since the age of 5 years old while in school in India. Field Hockey runs in the family as his father was a professional field hockey player. After his family decided to move to Canada, Keegan became a highly recognized player with FHO. Keegan states that "FHO" helped develop and prepare me to play at the international level. Through playing for Ontario, I was exposed to senior Ontario players who played for Canada who helped me a lot by mentoring me along the way."

Some of his highlights throughout his career have been making Ontario's Provincial Team in 2002 and moving up the age levels from U16 to the senior provincial team. In 2009 he started playing for the Canadian National Team. He participated in 2 Olympics, 2 World Cups, 2 Pan Am Games, and 3 Commonwealth Games. Throughout Keegan's career, he was recognized as part of the Pan-Am All-Star Team in 2019 and played 195 matches for the senior MNT.
