Regional Trials

Provincial trials start mid April in each region. If you are interested in playing on a provincial field hockey team in 2011 please fill out the Player Contact/FHO Information Form.

NOTE:  All interested players must be or become a Field Hockey Ontario Member before completing the form.  If you are not yet a member, please go to the FHO On-line Registration and complete the process. Once you are a member, please fill out the Player Contact/FHO Information Form  and if you are not a member of a specific club, in the club field, type in "none".
