Selections: July 7th & 8th in Ottawa

Trial fee = $25

CLUB coaches will be contacted for "Nominations" for Selections
(QFG athletes born in 1996 or later are not required to be nominated and MUST attend the trials)

July 14/15 @ Icelands (Games - more information to follow) = This is not yet confirmed
July 21/22 @ Appleby (Times TBD)
July 28/29 @ Ottawa (Times TBD)
August 4/5 @ Appleby (Times TBD)

Departure for Nationals = August 7th

August 8th to 12th, in Surrey, British Columbia
